characteristic:Because metal resistant UHF electronic labels often encounter outdoor, humid, corrosive and high-temperature working environment, in addition to resisting the interference of metal carriers on RF signals, metal resistant UHF electronic labels also need to develop waterproof, anti-corrosion, impact resistance, high temperature resistance and other characteristics according to the use needs of electronic labels.

Before the emergence of anti metal UHF electronic tags, the thorny problem of metal carrier interfering with the RF signal of electronic tags puzzled scientists for several years, and it was not until 2012 that this problem was solved. At present, there are two mature schemes.

1、 Use artificial rubber with anti-interference function to isolate metal carrier and electronic label.

This type of new material was successfully developed in 2012. It not only has excellent anti-interference performance, but also has waterproof, anti-corrosion, impact resistance, high temperature resistance and other characteristics. More importantly, it can also be ultra-thin and can be used in all kinds of harsh environments. This scheme is used in the anti metal UHF electronic tag of Huahai smart card, At present, the metal resistant UHF electronic tag produced by Shenzhen Huahai Smart Card Co., Ltd. can be as thin as 0.15 mm.

2、 The traditional electronic tag antenna is canceled, and the metal carrier is used as the antenna, supplemented by new materials.

At the beginning of 2012, a North American University of technology also developed an anti metal UHF electronic tag, which adopts an anti-traditional subversive design, cancels the built-in antenna of the electronic tag, uses the metal carrier as the antenna, and is supplemented by new materials, which can not only perfectly solve the interference of the metal carrier to the RF signal, but also save antenna resources, and can also be very thin, the thinnest can be less than 3mm.
